Format: three-round steaming

For those who love powerful, long heat.
• First round: soft, awakening warming on both sides, then cooling with cold steaming.
• Second round: intense warming of the front of the body, eucalyptus steam for the face, a long contrast in the ice-cold plunge pool.
• Third round: 10–20 ladles of steam, fine “needles” over the body, intense warming of the back, a final cool-down in the ice-cold plunge pool and full relaxation in a cocoon of rebirth.
• Finale: a soap wash with a bast sponge right in the steam room.
