Visiting rules of the Sila Duha banya complex
We want your rest here to be calm and safe for every guest. Please read these rules before your visit.
1. Opening hours
The banya complex is open from 14:00 to 22:00.
2. Booking
— The shared space needs no booking — come any time that suits you during opening hours.
— Book the private area, banya programs and reboot programs in advance: by phone, on WhatsApp or through the form on the site. Check availability with the administrator.
— A program booking is confirmed by a 50% prepayment of the order total.
3. Rescheduling and cancellation
If your plans change, let us know as early as possible. When booking, ask the administrator about the terms for rescheduling and for refunding the prepayment.
4. Health
— The banya is relaxation, not a medical service or treatment.
— By coming to us, you confirm that you and the children who came with you have no contraindications to the banya, the steam room and the plunge pool. If in doubt, consult a doctor before your visit.
— For 24 hours before your visit, avoid heavy food, alcohol and smoking.
5. Children
— Children stay at the complex only together with adults. The adult is responsible for their health and safety.
— In the shared space, children under 4 go free, children aged 4 to 10 pay 50% of the price.
— Kids' steaming “Domovyonok” is for children under 12.
6. Pregnant women and mothers with babies
Please tell us about your pregnancy when booking. We hold programs for pregnant women and mothers with babies only after a talk with the master.
7. Conduct on the premises
Smoking, drinking alcohol, being intoxicated and playing loud music are not allowed on the premises.
8. Belongings and property
— The shared space has lockers for your belongings. The banya is not responsible for items left unattended.
— A guest who damages the banya's equipment or property compensates for the damage.
9. Gift certificates
Ask the administrator about the terms for using a certificate and refunding its unused part.
